Sub:    Status of implementation of SAB training by AYUSH doctors.

Dear friends,

            I would like to inform you that MoH&FW, GoI is going to evaluate the SAB training and its implementation status in the State of Orissa.  In this regard a team from ICMR&WHO, New Delhi is going to visit Orissa during 4^th – 5^th April’2011. As per the requirement of the evaluation process you are requested to submit the following information as per the matrix attached herewith.

            MD, NRHM requires all these information by 31^st Mar’11 positively to make the State presentation before the visiting team. Please treat this communication as most urgent and submit the required information positively by 31^st Mar’11.
